The staff is all very responsive and friendly. Things are kept tidy and clean and when there are deficiencies with other tenants they are addressed in a respectful manner. I had the pleasure of working with Kristle when I was getting set up and she made the process super smooth. Would definitely recommend to others .

Need to add a pet area and more doggy stations. There’s a lot of pet waste around building.The hallway carpets are looking stained and have odors.

A convenience store un the bottom floor would be such a nice quality of life. Somewhere to get basic house hold ítems like milk, sopa, tp, etc...

Unfortunately I lost my job and due to financial difficulties I won’t be able to keep my apartment.

Staff is great and very responsive. However some of the tenants are not compliant with noise ordinances and pet policy resulting in a decline in the residence for the price.

Tour guide took time to answer all my questions and gave me a good tour of the community, amenities, and model room.

The customer service was wonderful.

Came in without an appointment. Showed us around and explained everything. Extremely friendly, answered all our questions and concerns. . Really meant a lot by going above and beyond. Great staff member!
