We had a wonderful experience touring Treo Apartments. Vanessa was exceptional—friendly, professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.The community is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. We were truly impressed with the apartments and the overall atmosphere. My wife, Denise, and I really enjoyed the tour, and we are looking forward to the possibility of making Treo Apartments our new home.Thank you, Vanessa, for making our visit such a pleasant experience!

The showing was great.

Poor communication and lack of professionalism. Management and neighbors were often disruptive, with frequent noise issues and unnecessary involvement in residents’ personal matters. Overall, the living environment was uncomfortable and not well-managed.

Location is not ideal for dog owners since on a heavy traffic road. The property does not have a dog park.

I will not recommend anyone to this property because your credit has to be perfect and everyone I know doesn't have perfect credit

Friendly and informative tour

The staff is all very responsive and friendly. Things are kept tidy and clean and when there are deficiencies with other tenants they are addressed in a respectful manner. I had the pleasure of working with Kristle when I was getting set up and she made the process super smooth. Would definitely recommend to others .

Need to add a pet area and more doggy stations. There’s a lot of pet waste around building.The hallway carpets are looking stained and have odors.
