Prices are alot higher in person than listed online. Also, it is not as nice in person as compared to seeing it online. Lastly, the whole locking in price 10 days before is ridiculous. If i want to apply and lock in rate for 3 to 4 weeks later for a move in, i should be able to. Not get charged $1,000 more a month. The pool area is small. Carpet is awful in a bedroom especially light color gets dirty fast. Pourch facing the road is not ideal too.None available facing the pool. Lastly didn’t like that a guest who gets allow acres in, can’t get into the elevator.

Vanessa was very straight forward with everything covered all the important details and showed us all of the units we were interested in

Office staff should walk each hallway on each floor at once daily to confirm maintenance staff and cleaning staff are reporting or correcting all issues.

Too many residents smoking marijuana

Office & Maintenance staff are absolutely phenomenal!! Every request fulfilled with ease online or in person! Super friendly staff, environment and more so a nice place to live!
