I had a very positive experience touring the apartment. The unit was well-maintained, spacious, and met all of my expectations. The leasing agent was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the tour. Love this place.

I think it’s pleasant and modern and I really like the amenities

The office and people who run treo don’t care about the tenants living in the building. Then they will target you with parking tickets and boots until you loose your job from being late to work. Then they will office hours are only from 1030am-6pm so a regular 9-5 person can never get I. Touch with management unless it’s email. So that varies they don’t care about humans only about money and filling the apartment building up. They will make it seem like it’s a young community for people trying to start their lives but really it’s pretty much a retirement home with all the rules and regulations don’t move here if you have kids or pets and your under the age of 45 or you will regret it like I did

The service elevator always smells like Dog Pee. People don't and aren't cleaning up after their pets. You should enforce this better. Also when I entered the lease agreement i was told it was a non smoking building but everyday you smell Marijuana in the elevator and garage area.
