The service elevator always smells like Dog Pee. People don't and aren't cleaning up after their pets. You should enforce this better. Also when I entered the lease agreement i was told it was a non smoking building but everyday you smell Marijuana in the elevator and garage area.

I moved here because it was a new community top priorities were good Air conditioning and minimal noise. My neighbor plays their Music excessively loud during all times day and night. Now, my AC has broken and I was provided a noisy and stinky window unit. I doubt I’ll be renewing.
