There’s only one grill on the pool deck. I can imagine that being a nightmare for having hundreds of residents needing to share that. When it comes to the floor plans, B9 and B10 are decent, but lack an open living room. It would be hard to have a couch/love seat combo with a tv in those spaces. They just don’t fit me specifically.

Because the building, amenities, apartments and service was a great experience. We really enjoyed the process , knowledge and kindness of the staff.

From the moment my wife and I came to the leasing office, we felt that positive energy from the staff. Our guide Vanessa was very knowledgeable and accommodating, she gave a lot of insight and answered all questions we had, all while keeping good positive energy.

When we arrived at the property, the leasing agents were not cordial. We waited by the entrance door for about five minutes before they finally acknowledged us and allowed us to enter. Considering we had driven four hours to reach the property, their behavior was quite disappointing. Instead of being welcoming, they conducted themselves in a distant and unfriendly manner, displaying a lack of understanding about the differences between regular apartments and workforce apartments. The lady assisting us spoke in a very hushed and unpleasant manner, making it difficult for her to be heard.
