I appreciate that the storage facility is gated. I appreciate there is usually someone in the office to pose questions or concerns to. Our facility currently has a young man who is knowledgeable, energetic, happy and easy to talk to.

Friendly and helpful staff. I felt comfortable after a few minutes of talking to him. Base on my experience before on two different storage, (few yrs ago) I did not really expecting this kind of excellent customer services. My thoughts was "they are all the same". I was wrong. Communication between your staff was the same. I didn't feel like that I've been rip off. The front desk guy was really helpful. He made sure that I understood the agreement and the payment method.
