The initial sign up took a bit longer in person than I was originally expecting considering how much the website states can be done online. Yet in real life there are a lot of papers to sign that took a block of time I was not expecting. However, after that, the rest of my entire experience was as I expected and wanted. I never had to see another person or actually talk to anyone in order to just get in/out when needed electronically at any hour I wanted. I always felt like my storage was very secure and the facility itself is pristine. Overall, the remainder of the year was seamless. That is worth my money.
