Victoria Francisco (sp?), your agent whom we dealt with was great. We were put on a waiting list as the size unit we were interested in was not available when we first came to your facility. College kids, how can they have so much stuff, lol. We were called when a unit became available and again Victoria handled all the prep work making it super easy for us to get started storing. We picked up a couple of products, at her recommendation, for keeping our stored items drier by collecting moisture as my wife's cookbooks are important. Dry cookbooks make a happy wife. Great experience.
