They were helpful and easy to work with. However, I did receive multiple emails concerning my lack of insurance coverage after I had already submitted proof of insurance. Storage Units in the back of the facility are a bit scary when you are alone. I will use your storage facility again next spring.

Have used Trindle Self Storage in the past for a move and this time for temporary storage. Both times were exceptional for facility and staff. Exceeded my expectations.

I got the information from this storage place when I was in South Carolina and the information I received from them was what I wanted to put my things incoming to pennsylvania and got up here and I couldn’t be more pleased with the greetings and personal welcome I received from staff
