I often chose from the alarm carte. The egg salad sandwich was wonderful. And I appreciate the medium over easy eggs being done correctly. Very thankful for all the cooks.

The shrimp and turkey were both very flavorful and fresh. The real turkey breast makes a huge difference. The cornbread was soft and the mashed potatoes super buttery.

Rolls were not done all the way. Some were inedible.

The tuna salad and chicken salad were very salty. Most of us are on blood pressure medicine and shouldn't have all that salt. The soups are usually very good.

Chicken and ribs all very tender. Mashed potatoes always very good. Dining experience much better when the servers know the names of the people they are serving.
