There is No communication in our building with the director and all 3 of her shifts..They only have meetings with day and we have 3 shifts where 2nd shift nor 3rd don’t know anything that is going on unless day shift ladies tell us!We need more communication with our director and all 3 shifts and not just day shift.

NoAs a new employee I have felt very welcomed and treated as if I have been here a long time. The onboarding experience has been very good.

There should be a comment box for brief explanations. I will use this as such - Some of my answers may look like they represent dissatisfaction. I believe we are "getting there".Strong leadership and EOS
