This home meets our needs perfectly. We love the area near our family. All in all we love it here. The issues we had/have are due to the lack of information about the home, the neighborhood and the systems in the house. We had no idea where there were shutoffs for electric, gas or water in case of emergency. The gas range flashes an ERR message with no way to figure it out. The heating system thermostat did not perform as indicated in the manual we located by online searching. We did figure it out. A few spackled / unpainted spots remain the third bedroom. We still don't have the key/fob to access the great amenities that come with the property. Contacting the Office via text or Email has been difficult.
