I felt like I wasn’t being entertained at all. I walked in said my ideal price range the seller seemed to decide that there wasn’t much point in wasting too much time on my enquiry by continuously pointing out that “for that price with an Audi it’s difficult”. It felt like it was just too difficult for him to look any further for me and an easy sale is what he wanted it was just overall not the most welcoming. The second my partner asked questions it felt his attention was solely on him until myself and my mother had to point out it was me purchasing the car.

Andy was great at answering all my questions and providing a great service. He is a credit to the dealership. He washed the car before videoing and pointed out things I should be aware of. As I was far away from the dealership, his service built trust. I was disappointed that the used car I ended up getting was with another group. I would have liked to have got it from Andy and Tyneside Audi.

Walked around Tynside Audi on the Silverlink and Scotswood Road, nobody asked me if they could help or seemed interested as to why I was there. Audi at the Silverlink did take my details as I had to go up to a sales desk, gave them my preferences and never heard another thing. Fortunately I visited the Mercedes dealership and purchased a Merc 👍

I requested a video of a Audi A4 Avant. What i received was shocking. The video was the worst video i have ever received from any dealership.. Lazy Lookers should hang their heads in shame if they think the video they sent me is acceptable.

customer is experiencing issue with the vehicle, this was previously rectified approx 18-24 month ago but customer has called through today to be advised that there is no record of it. main reason customer had called as with it previously being rectified did not know if the repeat repair would be covered via warranty and was looking for clarity. the issue is relating to front passenger door and the central locking system locking up and not allowing access/exit. has also advised rear spoiler fault message on the dash, also previously resolved while under warranty.

My salesman Scott, was so polite, calm and friendly. Didn’t make me feel as though he didn’t have time to let me enquire about the car. Making my whole experience smooth and hassle free. Would highly recommend him.
