My situation was confusing as I was initially refused finance on a new car so decided to buy the car I had at that time. I was contacted by various people from Lookers and persuaded eventually to look at a new car which I was offered finance on.

I had identified a clutch problem, this was addressed and fixed within the warranty. Kim kept me in touch throughout and offered an excellent service.

It would be nice if it was easier to book an appointment online with pick up and drop off service - availability of these appointments wasn’t as plentiful.
