Jon Kells was brilliant- professional, helpful, patient and so friendly and approachable for any issue or query I’ve had. Slight issue with a scrape on one of the cars alloys when it arrived but I was really satisfied with the response and resolution when I raised it. Definitely would buy a car from Lookers again 😊
