Overall service from the dealership was great, however the wait for a service slot was too long and the costs for a major service is difficult to understand, especially given replacement spark plugs and air filter are extra.

Kim Horner who was my main contact during the day was great…professional, friendly, efficient.

I would like to say that Kon Kells has restored my faith in Audi after a recent negative experience following an MOT and Audi ‘Health Check.’ We have been with Audi for decades and I was very ready to move away from the company but Jon has been brilliant. Very thorough, not at all pushy and always true to his word. He couldn’t have been more helpful in the purchase of our new Q7 and I am now glad we didn’t move to another manufacturer.

Some minor disappointments - firstly with having to pick small pieces of paper out of the vehicle, looked like stickers from a product. The blue film not removed from the boot finishing trim. Boot liner not fitted but left in the plastic bag. Most disappointing was that the exterior badging was chrome and not black as indicated in the advertised specification on your own website for the vehicle in stock.

Only that this asking for feedback on every aspect of everything is going to get old at the speed of sound - if I get asked for much more it could well cause the end of this relationship

Welcomed on arrival, everyone was extremely professional and helpful. My car was ready when I needed it and the technician video was very reassuring & informative. As always, an excellent visit and my car was washed too. Thank You Tyneside Audi great job.
