Whilst I have no criticism with Lookers, the Audi finance department needs improvement. I purchased my 4th Audi a couple of weeks ago, and even though the purchase took place two weeks ago and the Audi finance settlement figure was obtained and as far as I was concerned was settled on the purchase date.Two weeks later I have been debited with the normal monthly payment, which is not insubstantial. I am now faced with having to claw back this payment which has been taken in error. I am also being inconvenienced as I now have to make arrangements to transfer money in from elsewhere to ensure that I do not go overdrawn. Not happy. !!

Very friendly staff when I arrived at Tyneside Audi. Andrew had been very accommodating for me while I was out of country, video of the car all via email or whatsapp. Great service from the team there. Thanks Kevin

While everything was efficiently handled, with good communication, it was a disappointment to have to wait until the next day for a rude replacement.
