I waited at the desk for around 7 /8 mins, receptionist was busy. Nobody else available.A salesman happened to be floating around looking at his phone, noticed me and asked of he could help.Scott's desk was dirty with used cups/saucers/sugar.It didn't feel like a Highend brand unfortunately.Scott was reasonably attentive when I was there. Although he didn't notice me return from my test drive. I waited by his desk but had to call him, as he was on his phone leaning against the wall in the showroom nearby.Scott has since followed up with an email which I appreciated.Distinctly average service, which was disappointing.
