Since my initial enquiry I have decided not to change my car at present. I did not visit the dealership, my only contact was via email and telephone.

Everything was fine with the visit, good efficient service from the dealership, only issue I would raise is that I am not happy with the charge for a loan car £24, we only traveled 8 miles for my wife to get to work and back. This would deter me from using your dealership in the future. I believe a loan car should be provided FOC or a cost based on the mileage used eg. upto 20 miles, free 20 - 50 miles £10, over 50 miles £20.

The only problem is that the online check in requires an electronic signature which is impossible to submit. Have mentioned this before
