My Q3 developed a strange rattling noise on the afternoon of Friday 7 October as I was heading south from North Northumberland. Tyneside Audi was the nearest Audi garage and I drove straight there. The staff were wonderful!!! I received immediate attention, the car was inspected and I was advised that a front spring had snapped. The car was unsafe to drive and Bob moved heaven and earth to provide me with a loan car to get me back to my home 40 miles north. The repair was managed by Jonny, who kept me informed of progress by phone and text. I cannot thank the team enough for their efforts.

This is the first occasion we have experienced poor communication from the dealership, I fell this is something to be improved in order to maintain customer satisfaction.

Really pleased with the overall experience and the vehicle. Sales staff were friendly and approachable and offered a range of services without feeling pressured into purchasing extras. They kept in contact during and after helping me to get the vehicle within a space of weeks. Would recommend the dealership in the future.

The MMI system had not been reset..with numerous users.. its to complicated for me at the moment.ent so unable to personalise.I would appreciate a tutorial if possible to help with the basic process ie setting key user..unable to retract mirrors, charge mobile or disengage the lane assist etc.

I dealt with Andy throughout the sale. I was close to buying a BMW when Andy called as he had found everything I wanted on my wish list and within budget. Thanks to Andy I got the car i was looking for. Will use again going forward.

I have already completed a survey in regards to my purchase which I have submitted, the survey was sent I believe from Teeside Audi. I did mention in particular 2 members of staff from Tyneside Audi from where I purchased my vehicle whom I would praise for the service I received from them, Rupert Hughes and Claire Lane. Both were very professional, caring, considerate and most helpful which sealed the deal for me. I would ceretainly recommend Tyneside Audi.
