The car was cleaned inside and outside- very good.

The sales side was faultless, very professional, knowledgeable, kind courteous and provided clear direction through the process of exchanging my vehicle and purchasing the vehicle I was to receive. However, as for the service side of Audi I will be extremely reluctant to put the car in for any service work. First long journey with the car and the low tyre pressure warning light came on and upon rectifying I had all tyres below the pressure. They were reset and checked 48 hours later and all good. If the service division cannot get tyre pressures right then I don't see why I should entrust them to service the vehicle. I would buy another vehicle in a heartbeat as the sales personnel are absolutely on the mark in every aspect.

The only thing now I wish we had had is more information about the longer benefits/issues to consider re purchasing an electric/hybrid vehicle. Not sure I did my homework on this fully to be honest. Like how long will a battery will last before it might need to be replaced and how much that might cost. Also more information would have been nice about charging the vehicle and what to do, and what to avoid. But that is partly my fault as should have asked more questions.

I recently decided to purchase a new car from this dealership. I have been getting my existing Audi serviced there for several years and have always found the staff friendly and efficient. The sales person I have dealt with this week Daniel Hall (no relation) is excellent. From the start his positive friendly attitude put me at ease and helped me make decisions without undue pressure. I have nothing but praise for Daniel and his colleagues.
