The salesman, Scott Bradley, was fantastic, he made buying the car, which for me is usually a minefield, so easy. He knew the products inside out, explained everything from the car, finance, servicing, warranty and everything I needed to know in the detail. Helped me retain my cherished plate and sorted the road tax refund and new tax. He returned my calls promptly and always had the information I needed and never made me feel rushed. I appreciated his knowledge and support through the whole process.

Tito at Tyneside Audi was brilliant from start to finish, I’m still receiving emails and calls from him to ensure I’m happy with the vehicle which is great, his customer service was excellent.
