I booked for my first service with a 'WAIT' while the service was done.I expected an hour but I didn,t expect that it would take 3.5 hours. If this is normal I should have been made aware of the time taken.

Really knowledgeable and friendly salesman. Sales room Manager went out of their way to be genuinely friendly and helpful when picking my car up.

I would like to say a special thanks to Rupert Hughes for helping me out. I found dealing with Rupert simple and straight to the point. I visited the dealership to explore my option and it was Rupert's persistence (exploring every possible option) that we manage to get the deal over the line. Thanks again Rupert! Having said that, Audi Finance has been a nightmare to work (or even contact) with. Every time I contacted them, I kept getting transferred from one person to another with very long wait time. There was one incident where this chap took my details and then transferred me to another department. After waiting more than 30 minutes, the call came back to him. At that instance, he answered my query. You could tell that I knew it was the same person who answered the call 30 minutes ago. When I asked for his second name, he refused to share that with me. I sincerely hope that I dont have to deal with them again. The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. All the good work done by Rupert and the team at Tyneside Audi went down the drain because of some incompetent people working at Audi Finance.
