A great service but disappointed by having to replace a part that was only changed last year. The rear washer jet is only a minor and cheap part but for it to fail twice in a year is a poor design or part. I was also quoted £180 for a diagnostic on this failure and it was done as part of the service at additional cost of £24 parts and labour.

Great customer service from Jon and kept in constant touch to let us know what was happening with the build of our car.

Be more prepared on the servicing costs of your E-TRON Q4. As we still didn’t get an answer when we asked how much the costs are for the services?? We have now bought 7 new cars for this Audi branch alone and still feel like outsides, no loyalty !

My initial enquiry was less than satisfactory but after leaving feedback, I was invited back and was assisted by Paul who was much more helpful and gave me confidence in purchasing a different model that is more suitable to my current needs. I am really pleased with my new car. Thank you.

The online booking system is confusing as it had listed all of the previous work id had done instead of just listing the work that was supposed to being done that day. Kim the maintenance coordinator was spot on and extremely helpful
