Very good experience, feel confident with work completed, friendly helpful staff. The only reason I had to return the vehicle was because as I drove out one of the indicator bulbs went off which was unfortunate but the staff sorted it straight away. Thanks to all

The lad I spoke to (Dan I think) was very helpful and seemed to know his stuff. I am looking for a bit later in the year, this was just an initial visit. If or when I come back, I would ask to speak and deal with him, he was canny.

On arriving home with my new car I noticed the front offside headlight was full of water. I hadn’t noticed on receiving the car and now have to take the car in to rectify the fault. No one in Audi noticed and the whole episode is very disappointing.
