I wanted the vehicle ceramic coated by a third party supplier and unfortunately my original sales person left Lookers and the hand-over wasnt 100% smooth to the new sales person and all the original promised communications to let the ceramic coating company know when the vehicle had arrived off the ship etc seemed to breakdown But at the end the vehicle was delivered as I expected and I am very happy with my purchase

The wash a vacuum was disappointing, didn't look like any vacuum was done and my car still looked dirty after its wash, also don't think trying to force an engine change on someone when it isn't nesscary is good customer service and to then only suggest a 4 month plan to pay over £600 is ridiculous

A pleasurable experience from the initial contact through to taking delivery of my car. Everyone in the dealership is friendly, welcoming and efficient. Customers are made to feel valued. We were greeted by John Sheil upon our arrival in the car park . He then accompanied us into the showroom introducing to a service advisor Jasmine Yellowley. We left our car on the understanding that this service would take approx 2 hours. Jasmine sent a text with a follow up call to say the car was ready for collection. We are not altogether technically minded being of advanced years butJasmine kindly helped us with the finishing touches of paring a new smartphone to the vehicle which we very much appreciated. Overall our visit was first class.

I was only given a lower part exchange price which I felt unfair, but achieved top price from Volkswagen group which I purchased a similar A5 sportback for around the same price which I have recently bought
