There is only one thing I think could be improved, and that is when phoning the dealership the calls are not answered in a prompt manner, so this could be improved. Other than this minor issue I have could not fault the service

I have in the past purchased various vehicles from large and small suppliers including main dealers, all with varying levels of customer service. I can honestly say that the experience with Lookers Tyneside has been excellent. Everyone I came into contact with was pleasant and helpful. In particular the assistance and customer care I received from Rupert Hughes has been outstanding. Nothing I threw at him was too much bother and he dealt with everything in a professional manner. He is a credit to the organisation.

Car was dirtier than when it left my house. I had a fob attached to my key. I had no contact or reason why. Small things I know.

Was told last autumn that my car had a small leak on the front suspension so I booked it in to be repaired under warranty this week as it needed a service anyway, only to be told there is no leak and it was probably condensation. Surely a mechanic should know the difference. Will make me wary in future if I’m told work is required.
