Tyres were recommended by the service cam, which I replied to confirm the go ahead within 20 minutes, but this missed a cut off for it being done. Could improve this to ensure any cut offs are understood in advance.

Having being told that my car was ready for collection, I was kept waiting for quite some time, around 30 minutes, before the keys were returned to me.

Sadly I was not able to go through with intended deal due to circumstances but was delighted with service from Tyneside Audi and in particular Scott Bradley. I have travelled from Scotland before to buy from Tyneside Audi and will not hesitate to do so again.

All the staff were wonderful, ensured I had a constant supply of coffee whilst I was waiting with a 6 week old baby - and they didn’t seem to mind even when he screamed the place down!

Pricing quoted £100 for brake fluid change declined as priced with other garage £39. Quoted over £400 pounds for front brake pads a few months ago fitted at an other garage for £170 with life time guarantee as long as I own the car these are big savings for a retired driver.

All staff involved did there job extremely well and a huge thank you to Lynne. Lynne stopped back until i was able to pick up my car after being late from work.
