We were seen by Steve Wardlaw who was helpful and informative. We have met many car salesmen over the past few weeks and Steve was one of the best. Although your dealership couldn’t help us he was thorough and knowledgeable.

I got my car through the Motability Scheme. Rupert was so helpful from the start of the process when he rang me asking if I was going to order a new car to the end. There was a delay due to the affect of the Corona Virus on businesses. I was kept fully informed throughout. I have had dealings with numerous dealerships and can say Audi staff are outstanding.

Experience with service staff was excellent, great service and explanations. Quick turnaround for MOT and basic service. However, I have just taken the car out for the first time today and my undertray fell down as it had not been secured correctly. This was brand new (as you will see from the video) and had just been fitted and I had personally thoroughly secured it. Assume you removed for oil change. Now my new tray is damaged and hanging down. I do not have the time to jack up the car to try to fix this, so it is now stuck in the garage.

The SAT NAV problem was dealt with under warranty but I had to wait from mid January until early March to get the car booked in to rectify the fault. This is too long to have to wait. Otherwise I was pleased with the work done
