very happy with initial purchase and info given , very surprised car was not serviced before being advertised for sale...almost 2 years since previous service but after mentioning this to the salesman, this was passed to the service manager and hopefully we fully expect this to be rectified with a free service

I dealt with Scott B who didn’t immediately discount me as a customer (due to age and the price of car being viewed) and provided good friendly customer service. This same experience wasn’t received at the Teesside Audi dealership!
