On arriving home with my new car I noticed the front offside headlight was full of water. I hadn’t noticed on receiving the car and now have to take the car in to rectify the fault. No one in Audi noticed and the whole episode is very disappointing.

I mentioned an issue with start stop, l received a leaflet with probable causes affecting the functionality. As far as l am aware the mechanics did not work on this issue, and my first service was for an oil chance and checkover.However since l have received the car back after the service, as soon as l place the gear in DRIVE, the car moves forward without me pressing the accelerator. This has not happened before, so l wonder is this normal for the car and or had anything been altered during the service.I would be grateful if this issue could be looked into please and confirmation as to whether this is normal for the car. I was interested in a type of car rather than a specific car. The assumption was made that I only wanted to know about one particular car. I was given the chance to do a test drive which allowed me to realise that particular one was not right for me. So I’m now looking at other options, perhaps including Audi. One disappointment was that none of the cars in the forecourt were priced so I was not in a position to make a judgement on other cars available within my price range. Frustrating as a potential customer and probably means that I’m less likely to return to this dealership in the future. Scanning QR codes is not a particularly gratifying experience and far too time consuming.

My purchase was an enjoyable experience and I have the car that I really wanted with all the different gadgets that I would have liked (heated seats etc)

Stop using whatever product you use to ceramic coat the cars with as it’s stained all the plastic chrome trim. Also the tyre shine product comes off while driving and goes all over the bodywork.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, I chose to wait in the dealership for duration of the MOT and service and was regularly kept updated with the status of my car. Great service as always from them.

Tito was a pleasure to deal with from first meeting till car handover. Very helpful and patient despite one or two problems we caused. He even stayed late on day of handover after we were delayed.

All good - My only recommendation to improve the service is a customer portal site where you can check the status of the car's progress and or include an automated chat or bot service for common questions.Thanks alot team lookers :)
