I am disappointed to access a courtesy car has been replaced with a loan car priced at £30

From choosing our new car to taking delivery of it was an enjoyable experience. We ordered the car in July 2021 and throughout the delay in delivery Andrew Webster kept us updated regarding the progress and informed us as soon as it arrived. Taking delivery of our car was handled very professionally by Andrew who guided us through the process and was extremely patient when explaining the features of the MMI system. All of the dealerships staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent service.

Sophie on the service desk was excellent from booking the appointment to seeing me back to my very clean car.

My car was left for a straight forward Winter Check which was completed in the agreed time scale. Reception and Service Staff were very professional and efficient as always. However, on returning to my car both sills were found to be scuffed. It should be noted that this frequently happens, however I do understand that it can be difficult given the width of the sill and the size of the mechanics safety shoes., does lend itself to this happening. It not always easy to simply rubber away the marks, since plastics these days can be temperamental. I returned to reception and spoke to the Service person who came outside to look at the car and she said this would be included in feedback. It is not a major matter but I look upon it as avoidable.

Absolutely brilliant, sales advisor Lisa Brash went above and beyond to make my experience less stressful and went out of her way for me I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my car

There seems to be a mismatch between your booking system and the Audi site. I booked an annual service (inspection and oil change) but only the inspection was carried out. This was the only option on Audi.co.uk

Lovely salesman , would have been happy to deal with him , made to feel very valued , but I was able to source a vehicle elsewhere with the correct spec
