There is only one thing I think could be improved, and that is when phoning the dealership the calls are not answered in a prompt manner, so this could be improved. Other than this minor issue I have could not fault the service

I have in the past purchased various vehicles from large and small suppliers including main dealers, all with varying levels of customer service.I can honestly say that the experience with Lookers Tyneside has been excellent.Everyone I came into contact with was pleasant and helpful.In particular the assistance and customer care I received from Rupert Hughes has been outstanding. Nothing I threw at him was too much bother and he dealt with everything in a professional manner. He is a credit to the organisation.

The was a huge volume of electronic paperwork. Otherwise everything was very smooth.

Car was dirtier than when it left my house.I had a fob attached to my key.I had no contact or reason why.Small things I know.

Was told last autumn that my car had a small leak on the front suspension so I booked it in to be repaired under warranty this week as it needed a service anyway, only to be told there is no leak and it was probably condensation. Surely a mechanic should know the difference. Will make me wary in future if I’m told work is required.
