This is my 3rd Audi - for the previous 2 I was given flowers which was a really lovely touch, however this wasn’t the case for my newest car. Not a complaint just an observation.

The young lady who dealt with me upon arrival and when I collected my car was a credit to your company. She was pleasant, polite, knowledgable and took time to talk to me. Overall my visit was fine but I have to mention how uncomfortable I was made to feel when I returned the loan car by the gentleman who’s car I was given. I travelled just less than 6 miles in total from the showroom to run some exams in Monkseaton and back to collect my car. If the car does 40 mpg then that means I used about 1 litre of fuel. I was taken to task by the gentleman concerned for not putting fuel in the loan car which made me feel awkward despite me telling him that I had only travelled 6 miles. Other than this I would have given a 5 star rating overall particularly because of Jasmine

Just to add to what I have said , that Rupert Hughes Sales Exec has been wounderful and a brilliant attitude second to none when we as customers needed help.He's a credit to your organisation.

We were made to feel very welcome & comfortable from the outset by various members of your team. However, Rupert was extremely professional, informative & knowledgable, in that he satisfied all our requests and queries. He maintained contact with us throughout the process; we felt reassured that we were receiving the best deal possible. He also explained the gap insurance and service plan deals, both of which we took. In all, Rupert is a real asset to your company and we would have no hesitation in contacting him again at any time if we have queries, or indeed recommending him to anyone thinking of purchasing an Audi. Very well done & a big thank you to all.

My only comment is that you are still unable to provide a valet service!!!
