Very helpful, this is my third car from Tyneside Audi and I’ve had a good deal each time.

Although I am happy regards the overall quality of service provided up to the point the car was handed over as there is now a 4/week delay in getting the car back in the the workshop to resolve an issue with the electrics following the fitting of parking sensors at the garage before handover. Originally the first date given was over 6/weeks away but after talking to Ben Dale on the sales side he helped secure a quicker date which is now 4/weeks away. I think the quoted time is far to long, especially when its a fault that was caused by the workshop when installing the parking sensors. If it was a general service I would have understood and accepted the delay, however as it is not it has left disappointment in the hole experience, especially as this is the second car we have purchased within as many weeks!

I purchased a car online, advertised as having 2 previous owners only to find after taking delivery that it had actually had 3 owners. This was obviously a serious concern as even in the current exceptional market conditions, I had paid a high price for the car. At the time the highest price approved used car of this same model and the additional owner of course impacted the residual value of a car only 3 years old. My initial reaction was to return the car but Andy Beveridge offered to meet the costs of my next service in June in return for this error. Andy gave me a letter confirming this undertaking and I decided to keep the car. I am content with the outcome and service received but want to ensure that in Andy’s absence (for any reason) Lookers honour this offer.
