Jasmine was fab really helpful super friendly! I had an issue with something being taken out of my car and jasmine assisted with it straight away. I was dubious about going back to get the service done. Jasmine didn’t ask if I wanted a service plan because I already had one! Couldn’t fault her at all!

The salesperson who I spoke to was friendly and approachable (unlike a number of others i have engaged with over the last month). The only reason I did not follow through on the car was the ridiculous APR which was being applied to the PCP offer.
