Generally very good. I did get some documents to sign with incorrect or other peoples details on which was frustrating. Also car was not covered to be unveiled like other customers had at time of collecting.

Just so easy to use and saves time on the day. Despite the poor grammar (“thinking about your recent “ ??????) , the experience at Tyneside Audi was very good indeed. Friendly reception staff, taken to the service advisor and all dealt with promptly. I was kept informed throughout and my car was handed back absolutely gleaming.
