I would like to say that over the past 10 years of being an Audi customer I have had some excellent service. However none to the level I received from Lynne Grey and Andrew Shiel who in my opinion went above and beyond what I expected. At times it is hard not to feel like a number or frustrated with deals that seem to be for new customers only with most companies. But both Andrew and Lynne showed that loyalty is rewarded and I have no hesitation where to go when it come to replacing my car and who will be the first port for services and work on my car now and in the future… Tyneside Audi Please feel free to share and pass on my thanks to both Lynne and Andrew.

My overall experience was good. We discussed the vehicle I was interested in and was given a test drive. My advisor was very friendly and we discussed what vehicle would suit me in the long run. I will certainly contact them again in the very near future. I was told it would be maybe March 2022 before this vehicle would be available due to the current situation.
