Yes Paul Wilson was absolutely fantastic the customer service was second to non.

I am very pleased with the services provided by Tyneside Audi but I do think about how much these extras add o the cost of servicing the vehicle.

Ben was very helpful in assisting us to make decisions about our next vehicle. On this occasion an Audi vehicle was not for us.

The person I dealt with the most was Lisa Brash-Taylor who was friendly, helpful & listened to my requirements & very easy to deal with. The other person involved in my purchase was Andy Beveridge ( Lisa’s boss ) who again was friendly, accommodating & honest. He actually spotted a minor flaw in the car & had it fixed. So all in all even though it wasn’t the smoothest of purchases I was impressed with the dealership & how they handled the transaction

Rupert was very helpful and friendly during our visit and prompt at replying to our emails. Each member of staff who we spoke to were also friendly and made sure we were being attended to. We would definitely recommend Audi Tyneside Just one little thing the car had no petrol in and we had to fill up to travel home.

The only reason the sales rep wasn’t knowledgeable was because I was looking at a Land Rover - not the usual car he sells. Very polite, very personable.
