Audi need to review their whole central operation for notifying customers that a service is due. Despite receiving the initial email from Audi Glasgow central services I contacted Tyneside Audi to book my appointment. However, I was advised via the customer video that my service was not due for another 284 days or 19,000 miles. Given my vehicle is serviced regularly at this dealership surely you should be aware if a service is due. A total waste of everyone's time. Not impressed.
