My Audi was recently in to have new front and rear `ring` badges fitted. It did get a wash and clean too but I had to wait about 2 hours which seemed excessive. I was working in the waiting area so nothing lost but others may not be quite so understanding.

Happy Audi customer! I recently purchased a Q5 Sline plus from Tyneside Audi and could not fault them one bit. I dealt with Lisa Brash who was absolutely brilliant!! Everything I asked for Lisa way and beyond any customer service I've ever received. The car was ready for collection on my requested day. My first introduction to Audi was 5 Stars! I would advise anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle at Audi to go visit Lisa, she is extremely brilliant and always greets you with an infectious smile: )

I cant fault the service I have received from Tyneside Audi and in particular Ben Dale. All my queries were responded to in detail and promptly and the deal we reached was better than I had expected in terms of the vehicle I now have.
