Paul did a great job. I lease because I prefer to simply pick up a car and go. I have used 3rd parties to do this in the past but Paul did a great job at giving the right amount of information and keeping the choice manageable.

Booking thru’ call centre not the same as using the service desk, they do not know you or your car as well. Was not informed well over car collection or alternative, did not make arrangement at time of booking, when I rang later to do so first slot was a month after my service date!
