Audi switched to digital service records almost ten years ago, doing away with the service booklet. I would have liked to receive a print out of the vehicle’s service history, if for no other reason than to inform me of when it was last serviced. I requested this from the salesman but have not had any response to date. Other than that one small criticism, everything else was really good. The dealership refurbished the alloys without being prompted and handed the vehicle over with a full tank of fuel. I have never experienced that before, whether buying new or used and have told anyone who has asked me about the car; everyone has been amazed and impressed. I will certainly look to Tyneside Audi first when I come to replace this vehicle.

Very disappointed no car was available to lend me to travel back and return to pick up my vehicle. This is my 5 Audi from this dealership. I have not had any problems with this in the past. Also on return of my vehicle the following day I had an emission warning displayed. Having read the handbook I solved the problem. Otherwise it would have been another visit. Hence my grading.
