Lisa was a lovely person to deal with, she was not pushy and explained all options to me. She ensured the car was clean and ready for test drive, and once we decided to purchase she explained our options in relation to trade in, cash or finance. We opted for cash deposit and balance on finance. She ensured the car had a current MOT and service and provided a lovely gift to my husband and I when we went to collect our car. Lisa also set up my Audi plug and play app and ensured i was happy with how to use that before we left. We also bought a car from York Audi JCT600 a few days after buying from Tyneside Audi and the customer service was atrocious. They were so rude and unhelpful. Tyneside Audi will be my go to for my next car. If Tyneside had had the car in stock that we wanted we would have bought from them, but sadly they had nothing similar so had to go with York Audi

My vehicle was in for health check before we set off on a lengthy journey and subsequent daily travelling. Communication was excellent throughout, I was welcomed on arrival and treated with courtesy during my time at the dealership. An enjoyable experience, as ever!
