Everything I asked for Lisa way and beyond any customer service I've ever received. The car was ready for collection on my requested day. My first introduction to Audi was 5 Stars! Usual top service

I had one fault and 2 issues that may have been faults or characteristics of the car. The fault was fixed and the 2 issues confirmed as characteristic of the car (slow pick-up of clutch on S-Tronic box from standstill, wind noise from wing mirror).

Excellent garage, excellent staff, best garage in the Audi group, always efficient and friendly.
