Very good -except the no sheet pdf notes appeared to suggest there was an admin charge for use of the loan car and that the user would need to arrange own insurance. I decided to see what transpired on the day, which was a good call as there was no charge and the car was insured by you. This was appreciated particularly as the loan car was a different one to that shown on the pdf so had I insured it, it would have wasted money! Might be worth a look at? A very pleasant experience, particular thanks to Johnny Cordes, your service advisor.
