Everything went as planned, appointment was on time and Jasmine the Audi service advisor was very helpful. The work was completed on time , with the car washed and vacuumed.

Rupert was great when went to the showroom to look at different models and was very knowledgeable on the cars and different finance options. Tito was also a great help on the hand over. Both of them made the car buying experience very easy and enjoyable and I would recommend. Thanks guys!

It is easy to use and your receive a confirmation phonecall. I booked my appointment online and it was confirmed and I was reminded to attend by Jasmine Yellowley by email. When I arrived on site I was greeted by a member of staff and he took me to Jasmine. She explained everything very clearly to me and helped me to find the "stay and wait" area. She brought me a coffee and was extremely polite, friendly and helpful.
