Everything was clear and easy to follow. The communication between the staff and myself was very good, as well as the clarity of the work needed on the video from the mechanic. The cleaning / valeting of the car was not as good as in the past.

Seemed very easy. Never used the booking online system but may in future. Friendly staff and booking in was easy. Quick to do the work and got car back earlier than expected. Only downside was when I asked about extended warranty deal, couldn’t be quoted as my current warranty still in date.
