I attended Audi Tyneside for repair of my car. Audi A1 Sportline. Used Car 44,000 miles It was under warranty They did the diagnostics. On the car and it was a clutch issue. Sophie took care of this for me and organised me a courtesy car from Enterprise while my car was being fixed. Made the process easy. I was informed and could also rack the progress of my repair by video link and Sophie contacting me to let me know. They discovered some other snags and those were covered under warranty. Andy her colleague was also involved in the pricing of the job and Ed managed to negotiate a fair price for me ( Thank you Andy , for seeing your superior and for advising I could do this interest feee over a period of 6 months a much better alternative for me to do and not such a big dent in my finances doing it that way.It took a few days to fix and I am please. with the repair. I feel Sophie looked after me too in a caring manner. Her communication skills were excellent and I understood everything that she told me. She gave me coffee and hot chocolate . Nothing was a problem for Sophie and she made the proceed of the repair so much easier. She really went the extra mile for me. She measured my seats for me as I wish to purchase some covers for my car. this saving me that job. Audi Tyneside thank you for a good experience from Sophie and Andy. Refreshing to have such good customer care and you’re lucky to have them as staff. ( Not forgetting Kevin the boss he okayed the price of repair. Satisfied with whole experience from start to finish. 😁
