The customer service was first class but to be told I needed a set of wiper blades when mine were working perfectly fine - not smearing, no cuts in the blades was odd then it hit home :- being asked if I would like them for the pricley sum of £73 when I can go down the road to Halfords’s and get the same set of £20 !!!!! Come on Audi, £73 for a set of wiper bladesSophie was a pleasure to deal with
