The initial online booking didn’t work so I had taken a day off work for nothing for my first booking but when I spoke to an advisor to book my next appointment it was fine.The service advisor Sophie was excellent and really helpful. She explained all questions I had about the work that needed carried out on my car

Managed to get me booked in super quick. I was disappointed my car couldn’t be fixed same day but Sophie managed to arrange a courtesy car so I had something to get about for the weekend which was just what I needed. My car was then sorted early Monday morning. Really easy service, was very happy with everything, thank you!

I enquired about the health check via the feedback email, but have not had a reply.The planned work was carried out well and completed satisfactorily. I was asked if I would like to have a health check carried out on the vehicle. I have enquired about this on the feedback email but unfortunately have not received a reply. I think maybe the health check was not carried out.
