Very good -except the no sheet pdf notes appeared to suggest there was an admin charge for use of the loan car and that the user would need to arrange own insurance. I decided to see what transpired on the day, which was a good call as there was no charge and the car was insured by you. This was appreciated particularly as the loan car was a different one to that shown on the pdf so had I insured it, it would have wasted money! Might be worth a look at?A very pleasant experience, particular thanks to Johnny Cordes, your service advisor.

Everything went as planned, appointment was on time and Jasmine the Audi service advisor was very helpful. The work was completed on time , with the car washed and vacuumed.
