Dan was absolutely fantastic from me just popping in to have a look on route to order from Volkswagen and deciding instead on the A3 he kept me updated all the way to the handover by email so didn’t feel overpowering and on the day he made it extra special having the car in a room and unveiling it he showed us how everything worked answered any questions and I got a free brolly !! It’s the little touches that get me I will now always recommend Dan to fellow mobility people especially as he’s the first one not to make me feel like a second class citizen! Living with heart failure is not easy and being treat different is even worse … Dan just treat me like any other customer buying a car and that is what makes him stand out from any other dealer I’ve dealt with over the years … thanks Dan
